PET POLICY

We understand how valuable a pet can be to your family, and we welcome them to come along to your new home with some guidelines. Please review the pet policy below.

There is a 40 pound weight limit (at full growth) for all pets and a $300.00 nonrefundable pet fee. 

Dogs are typically not permitted in duplexes and apartments. Some properties may set a limit on the number of permitted pets. 

On the occasion where no pets are permitted at all, this will be noted in the listing description. 

However, we always recommend calling our office to confirm the pet policy for the property you are interested in.
