We are a family owned business started by Lewis D. Berryhill and Mae Lillie Berryhill on September 1, 1960. Since that date, four generations have worked to serve Charlotte-Mecklenburg County and the surrounding areas. L. David Berryhill Jr (1935-2021)
Realtor®, GRI
Mr. Berryhill joined his father's real estate firm in 1964 and was active in real estate
serving as President of both the Charlotte Board of Realtors and North Carolina
Realtors Association. Due to his service both groups honored him as Realtor of the
Year in 1972 and 1982. The National Association of Realtors granted him status as
Realtor Emeritus in 2010. In addition to his work with real estate, Dave served two
terms on Charlotte City Council and was active in various civic and religious
organizations.
Mr. Berryhill instilled his principals and beliefs in professional property management into
his loyal team, and we intend to continue practicing these ideals as a tribute to his
legacy.

Leigh Berryhill Wall - Vice President

Leigh is a native of Charlotte, NC and graduated from UNC Greensboro. She has served as a property manager with Berryhill Realty Co. for 18 years and holds a NC Broker's license.
Leigh is married to Keith Wall and has two children. She is an active member of the community. |

Beth Berryhill Cameron - Vice President
Beth is a native of Charlotte, NC and joined Berryhill Realty Co in May 2014. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She currently serves as the Human Resources Officer.
She has two married daughters and a grandson, is active in her church, Albemarle Road Presbyterian and the community. |

Aric B. Beals - VP, Broker In Charge
Realtor®, GRI
2010 CRRA Realtor of the Year Aric, a native North Carolinian, came to Berryhill Realty Company in May of 1991. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration, he holds a N.C. Broker's license and has attained the GRI professional designation.
He is active in the Canopy Realtors Association & North Carolina Association of Realtors (NC Realtors). Currently he serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the NC Realtors. Past service includes Chairman of NCAR Property Management Division, Board of Directors for the Canopy Association of Realtors , Chairing the Legislative and Political Affairs Committee, Chairman and member of Real Estate Building Industry Coalition (REBIC), Mecklenburg County Storm Water Task force, various City of Charlotte Landlord - Tenant taskforces, & Mecklenburg County Citizens Budget Advisory Committee. He serves as a property manager and Broker-in-Charge.
He has one son and one daughter and is an active member of his church, Sardis Presbyterian Church serving on multiple committees. He also serves as the Committee Chair for BSA Troop 233 at Sardis Presbyterian Church.

Mark is a native of Charlotte and has been with Berryhill Realty Company since September of 2002. He holds a N.C. Broker's license, serves as a property manager and is active in the sale of Real Property.
Mark is married to Kim Biggs and has one daughter. Mark and his family are active members of First Presbyterian Church in Belmont, NC. |

Cathy Woodson-Book Keeping/Finances
Administrative Assistant
Cathy is a native of Virginia and has been with Berryhill Realty Company since July of 2000. She is a graduate of Elon University and holds a B.S. degree. Her responsibilities include collection and posting of rents received, filing court papers and sheriff writs, maintaining records made to the credit bureau, paying vendor bills and accounts for payments to owners. |

Sam Wilder - Maintenance Technician
Sam learned to work with his hands from his Dad at a young age. He has been a part of the Berryhill Realty Co. family for almost 4 years.
He and his wife of 30 years, Terry, have two boys, two girls and two grandchildren. He is an active member of his community, and has been a volunteer for the Special Olympics for many years. |

Ronnie Smith - Plumber
Ronnie Smith is a native of Charlotte. Although he’s been a plumber since 1990, he’s been learning the trade from his dad since he was young. He’s been with Berryhill Realty Co. for over 5 years, succeeding his father who worked with us for several years.
Ronnie has an 18 year old son, Connor, to whom he has passed on the family trade. |
